Digitova is an internal CRM. This policy describes how we process data received from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), including Lead Ads and advertising insights, as well as contact forms on our websites.

Data we process

From Meta Lead Ads we may receive name, email, phone number, and other fields a person submits in an Instant Form, plus identifiers of the page, form, ad and campaign. From Meta Insights we receive aggregated advertising metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions). From our own website forms we receive name, email, phone, company and message.

Why we process it

We use this data only to contact potential customers, manage leads inside Digitova, and review advertising performance for our own business. We do not sell this data and do not use it to build a public product for other companies.

Storage and access

Data is stored in our CRM database and is available to authorized Digitova administrators and managers. We keep leads for as long as they are needed for sales and support, then delete or anonymize them.
