Data Deletion

If your personal data was submitted through a Meta Lead Ad form, a website contact form, or otherwise stored in Digitova, you can request deletion.

1. Write to a Digitova administrator from the email you used in the form.
2. Include the phone number or lead details so we can find the record.
3. We will delete the lead and related advertising identifiers from the CRM within 30 days, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep a copy.

If you connected Digitova via Facebook settings, you can also remove the app under Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites, then request deletion there. We honor Meta data deletion callbacks when they are sent.
